When do you ship?

All orders ship on the following Monday. If orders are placed late on a Sunday they might go out the following week.

My t-shirt was not in the same package as my LP?

LPs and t-shirts will ship together if the order is not too heavy. If not each will have its own tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please use the contact form and let us know what you would like to order and the destination. We will send you a PayPal invoice to the email you contacted us with. Please note that some countries will charge fees for accepting international orders. All international orders must ship with tracking.

I never got my order.

Deliveries throughout the US take on average of two weeks. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.

If you feel that you should of already received your order please use the contact form.

Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to inquire regarding a missing order.

I gave you guys the wrong address.

Unfortunately we can't assume responsibility for any orders shipped to the wrong address. Please take your time and make sure that your PayPal info is correct.

Do you accept returns?

If you have received the wrong size shirt and it is our fault, we can send you another if you send it back to us. If you received a broken LP then we will replace it. Please use the contact form and we may require pictures of damaged items.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you're not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can use a major credit card to pay through PayPal without an account.

Do you accept demos?

Yes, please use the contact form we are always looking for new projects to release.
